Getting Started

How do I become a wholesale customer?

Simply apply for a wholesale account. We’ll review your application and get back to you within 2 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive login details to access trade pricing.

What are the minimum order requirements?

Our minimum order values are:

  • Ready to Ship: £100 minimum order
  • Made to Order: £200 minimum order
Do you supply to online-only retailers?

Yes! We supply to both brick-and-mortar shops and online retailers. However, we do not supply to Amazon, eBay, or Etsy resellers.

Ordering & Products

What’s the difference between Ready to Ship and Made to Order?

Ready to Ship: In-stock items that dispatch within 2-3 business days. Limited colour selection.

Made to Order: Custom-made pieces in your choice of our full colour range (22+ colours). Lead time is 4-6 weeks.

Can I order custom colours or sizes?

Made to Order items can be crafted in any of our 22 standard colours. For truly custom colours or sizes, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Are your products food-safe and dishwasher-safe?

Yes! All our ceramics are fired to 1217°C, making them fully vitrified, food-safe, and dishwasher-safe.

Is each piece exactly the same?

Because every piece is handmade, there will be slight variations in size, colour, and texture. This is part of the charm of handcrafted ceramics and makes each piece unique.

Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. Click & collect is also available at no extra cost.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes! If you’re based in Berkshire, you can arrange to collect your order from our studio. Simply email us when placing your order to arrange a collection time.

What if items arrive damaged?

All orders are carefully packaged. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange replacements or refunds for any damaged pieces.

Can I return items?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Payment & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer only.

Do you offer trade accounts with payment terms?

Unfortunately, not. All orders must be paid in full before we can process or ship them. Made-to-order items won’t be started until payment is received.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you can download invoices from your wholesale account dashboard.
