Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the wholesale supply of products by Katie L Thompson Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”) to trade customers (“you”, “your”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Account Registration

To purchase from us, you must:

• Be a registered business with a valid business address
• Apply for and receive approval for a wholesale account
• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

We reserve the right to decline or revoke wholesale account applications at our discretion.

Orders and Acceptance

Minimum order values:

• Ready to Ship: £100 minimum
• Made to Order: £200 minimum

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Order confirmation via email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Made to Order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are:

• In British Pounds (GBP)
• Not subject to VAT (Katie L Thompson Designs is not VAT registered)
• Exclusive of delivery charges
• Subject to change without notice

Payment terms:

• Payment is required via bank transfer at the time of order

Delivery

Delivery times:

• Ready to Ship: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
• Made to Order: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us of any damage within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns except for:

• Faulty or defective items
• Items damaged in transit
• Incorrect items sent

Product Quality and Variations

All products are handmade. Natural variations in size (up to 10mm), colour, and texture are expected and are not considered faults.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual items may vary slightly from images shown.

Resale Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell our products on Amazon, eBay, or Etsy
• Sell products below our recommended retail price without prior written consent
• Represent yourself as an authorised distributor or agent of Katie L Thompson Designs

Breach of these restrictions may result in termination of your wholesale account.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may use provided product images for marketing purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or imitate our designs
• Use our branding or trademarks without permission
• Claim our products as your own

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits or business
• Consequential or indirect losses
• Claims from your customers

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Breach these terms and conditions
• Fail to pay invoices when due
• Engage in conduct detrimental to our business or reputation

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
