Delivery Times
Ready to Ship:
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days
- UK delivery is typically the day after dispatch
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships
Made to Order:
- Production time: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation
- We’ll keep you updated on your order progress
- Once completed, delivery is typically the next working day
Please note: Lead times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We’ll always keep you informed if there are any delays.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

International shipping: We currently ship UK only. For international enquiries, please get in touch.
Click & Collect
Based in Berkshire? Save on shipping costs by collecting your order from our studio.
How it works:
- Select click & collect at checkout. Email us at wholesale@kltdesigns.co.uk to arrange a convenient collection time
- Collections available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Collection address: We’ll provide the full address once your order is ready for collection.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
- Each piece is individually wrapped in protective materials
- Fragile items are clearly marked
- We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible
Damaged or Missing Items
While we take great care in packaging, occasionally items may be damaged in transit.
If items arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos of the damage to wholesale@kltdesigns.co.uk
- We’ll arrange replacements or issue a refund
If items are missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We’ll investigate and resolve the issue immediately
